Beautiful Original 19th Century Watercolour Of Kenilworth Castle By William Hough
William Hough (1819-1897)
He exhibited at the Royal Academy from 1857 - 1894 as well as the Royal Society of British Artists and lived in Coventry and London
This is an unusual work for him as was mainly known for his still life paintings of fruit, flowers and birds
William Hough was influenced by William Henry Hunt and closely followed his paintings of flowers and fruit
Would benefit from being re-mounted as there is some lifting to the artwork
The gilt wood frame measures approx 52cm x 39.5cm
