Pair of Large Staffordshire figures Jobson & Nell (Cobbler and wife)
Each raised on square bases. These mid 19th century Staffordshire pottery figures depicting Jobson & Nell, dating to around c.1840 - 50.
The figures are set on square bases and are finished in overglaze paint work with crazing throughout due to age and wear to paintwork in some areas
The cobbler and his wife are modelled seated on stools, Jobson working on a shoe and Nell with a jug and cup, a dog peeping out from under Jobson's stool and a cat peeping out from under his wifes stool
Measure approx 33cm in height
