Gorgeous Czechoslovakian Carl Stölzle & Sohne Art Deco 1930’s Blue Glass Bowl
This beautiful Art Deco period blue glass bowl was made in the Bohemia region of the old Czechoslovakia in the 1930s at the Heřmanova Huť Glassworks owned by Carl Stölzle & Sohne.
Carl Stölzle founded two glassworks in Austria in 1805 and by 1867 owned seven factories across the Austro-Hungarian empire. The glassworks in the Czech town of Heřmanova Huť was founded in 1907 and by the 1930s it was producing most of Stölzle's decorative glassware, including a wide range of beautiful and modern for the time art deco designs. The company survived in a variety of forms through the 20th century and still exists today as Stölzle-Oberglas.

Has a couple of surface marks and nibble to base due to age and use but on the whole in great condition
